Jos Burton

Jos began his career working in industry with Scottish & Newcastle gaining valuable management and leadership experience across a wide range of disciplines.  During this time he gained responsibility for training and development and qualified as a Lecturer in Adult Education.

Jos then took a career move working with the Hays Group.  Here he worked his way up to a senior leadership role delivering training and coaching at all levels from executive directors to front-line operations.

Jos now runs his own business as a training consultant and executive coach.  He has designed and delivered a range of training courses for both the public sector and commercial organisations. Jos has gained valuable experience in the roll-out of extensive programmes across global corporate organisations as well as bespoke specialist courses tailored for individual businesses with niche requirements.
