Paul Lee
Professor Paul Lee is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, Medical Engineer, and the author of Practical Regeneration.
He specialises in joint preservation, regenerative medicine and movement health, with a strong focus on prevention, early intervention and long-term function.
He holds a PhD in Medical Engineering, has postgraduate training in sports and regenerative medicine, and works at the intersection of clinical practice, biomechanics and applied science.
He is an Honorary Professor of Sports Medicine at the University of Lincoln and served as Visiting Professor of Medical Engineering at the University of Chester until 2025.
Alongside his clinical work, he is actively involved in research, innovation and education aimed at improving health literacy and supporting more sustainable approaches to healthcare.
His work translates complex medical and engineering principles into clear, practical frameworks that empower people to move better, make confident decisions and age with greater strength and resilience.
